Introducing the Next-Generation MPPT Solar Power System: Maximizing Efficiency and Renewable Energy Savings

MPPT Solar Power System is a new generation of outdoor multi-energy integrated power system with MPPT function. The MPPT solar power system is composed of a cabinet, a heat exchanger, a Monitor, a solar module, rectifiers, power distribution unit and fans, Lightning arrester and reserve user equipment space. high protection degree:IP55.

Features:

Multi-energy power supply solution : Can be connected to solar energy, wind energy, utility power, DG to form different types of complementary power supply system .

Energy-saving mode : Maximize energy saving, according to solar energy, wind energy priority, commercial power (DG) supplement, battery backup mode operation.

MPPT function : the maximum power point tracking accuracy is more than 99.5%. Efficiency≥96%(solar mode).

Battery management: Perfect  battery management: guarantee the long life of the battery in the harsh grid environment.

Modular design: MPPT Module, Rectifier modules are modular hot-swappable, Flexible configuration, easy expansion and maintenance .

Integrated and modular design of MPPT and rectifier module have been realized. Can be replaced online , support hot plug.

Wind controller is not integrated into the cabinet, only external, and need to connect its DC output to the integrated controller.  Outdoor cabinet can only make ON/OFF control of wind energy, can not do voltage regulation management etc.

 Solar energy is more stable and reliable than wind energy. And in terms of return on investment,solar panels at the same cost produce more electricity than wind turbines in most cases.

Working priority:Wind module can not achieve voltage regulation control ,it’s directly connect to system bus through the contactor to realize power supply.  However, solar and rectifier module are controlled by the same monitoring module.  In a certain state, monitoring module issues an output voltage regulation instruction according to system state.  The output voltage of MPPT module is slightly higher than rectifier module, thus realizing the priority power supply of solar.

Working mode: Firstly use the solar energy to power the load and charge the battery when the sunlight adequate; when the sunlight is not enough the solar energy and battery will power the load at the same time; when the battery voltage is not enough, the tanker will start and get through the rectifier model to power the load and charge the battery.
